Director - Client Service

**The Role
The Client Director leverages experience, training and background in business and finance to manage the placement and day-to-day service of clients.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing the sales process, which includes guiding clients through policy completion, reviewing and analyzing client business needs to recommend updates and enhancements to policy contracts, and monitoring the delivery of policy documents.
- Maintaining client relationships, and preparing policy change requests and submitting requests to carriers.
- Designing and building full client presentations, and creating client advocacy reports and client service plans.
- Providing risk management analysis utilizing new business and renewal and claim reviews.
- Conducting business and financial analysis to develop submissions and client proposals.
- Analyzing exposure information and enforcing compliance requirements.
- Monitoring the status of change requests, overseeing the review of policy documents for accuracy, and ensuring delivery of change documents to business clients in our construction practice.
- Analyzing loss runs to estimate the future losses and budget the insurance cost for the projects.
- Reviewing audits, collateral reports and analyzing the close out option for construction clients.
- Identifying, analyzing and processing coverage enhancements and cross-sell opportunities.
**The Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Finance, Management or related field of study required
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Must have experience in all of the following: risk analysis, coverage and exposure; working with insurance products including General Liability, Builder's Risk, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability, Wrap ups bid preparation and analysis; problem claim resolution;
- Must speak, read and write English.
