Director Commanders Action Group
You will serve as a DIRECTOR COMMANDERS ACTION GROUP in the Commander, U. S. Naval Forces Europe & Africa.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Advising necessary personnel in developing and implementing strategic plans to support programs and operations for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness;Overseeing the planning and coordination of major initiatives or special projects to develop and implement new systems and/or processes;Utilizing the knowledge and understanding of appropriate operations, policies, applicable laws, regulations, rules, practices and procedures specific to the strategic development of the command;Liaising with domestic and foreign military officers and other Senior Executive Service level management officials for strategic oversight. S. civilian Component in another NATO host nation of which (s)he does not hold citizenship.
Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
