We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Commercial Capabilities for our Human Health Learning & Development division.
This role offers a global opportunity to lead a team and drive transformational projects within the Human Health (HH) division at our organization.
As the Learning Director, you will be responsible for leading a team that develops innovative learning experiences to enhance the commercial capabilities and skills of employees within our Human Health division.
You will have the opportunity to focus on a wide range of areas critical to commercial success, such as data and analytics, marketing strategy and engagement planning, digital marketing, market access and policy, and customer engagement.
Working closely with senior organizational leaders and sponsors, you will identify and address learning needs as integral components of commercial transformation initiatives.
You will oversee the design and development of learning solutions in collaboration with internal and external learning experts and evaluate the impact of learning experiences on business outcomes.
As a member of the leadership team of the HH L&D organization, you will report to the Executive Director of GL&D-HH and serve as a trusted business advisor to senior-level leaders and stakeholders within the Human Health division.
Your primary focus will be on accelerating the development of critical capabilities needed for driving business success and fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
Minimum Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in leadership and people management in Big Pharma sales, marketing, and/or Learning and Development.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with extensive related experience, including leadership and people management experience in a similar industry.
A master's degree is preferred.

Data Analytics: Ability to determine business and learning outcomes, metrics, and measurement strategies.
Planning: Advanced project planning and management experience, including operational, tactical, and strategic planning.
Adult Learning: Theory and Practice: Advanced experience in applying concepts and practices of adult learning to meet dynamic business needs.
Learning Needs Analysis: Advanced experience in assessing competency gaps and identifying learning requirements for individual and organizational performance.
