I&T products are customer-centric and deliver a range of digital innovation solutions that have been tailored to meet client-specific business challenges. The RoleThis global role sits in the Innovation & Transformation Products team within the Business & Market Insights (B&MI) organization in Services.
The role holder is responsible for refining existing products and shaping new products that support B&MI revenue objectives as well as our ambition to build repeatable, scalable products which can be delivered at efficient margins. This is a multifaceted role and requires extensive senior stakeholder engagement (in-person and virtual) of both internal and external key customers.
It requires a confident, experienced leader with a deep understanding and experience of digital strategy formulation, developing and managing digital/innovation products and should be comfortable across core disciplines of digital strategy & transformation, growth, ideation methodologies, rapid prototyping, design sprints, and agile product management. The individual will also be adept at driving the "big picture" of building end-to-end digital solutions across the key pillars of B&MI and must be client-focused with a revenue/sales enablement mindset when positioning products within the organization. The role requires creativity and idea generation that can also deliver revenue returns for Mastercard and our customers. The individual needs to form close trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders – including regional product leads, practice leads, Advisors Client Services, Customer Solutions Centre leads, country teams, and Sales leads.
Other key stakeholders include finance and administration functions. The role may also require support of sales teams in client sessions and attendance of product delivery sessions/workshops with key clients especially in the capacity of shaping product growth opportunities. Expectations:Product & revenue enablement focusSupport the global product and go-to-market narrative of key innovation & transformation products (sales material, pricing, case studies, etc.
)The role owner will be point of contact for key regions/clusters and will support sales enablement efforts in those regions/clusters from a product perspectiveEvangelist of the I&T product portfolio benefits and valuePipeline monitoring across regions to ensure sufficient runway to support revenue targetsPlay a role in shaping major RFP responses from a product perspective and support the differentiation narrative from a product standpointKnowledge management and retention of product material and funding model information with an objective to standardize and globalizeSupport "product bundling" efforts where input from B&MI will be required in building a solutions bundleAd-hoc responses and guidance on requests related to the product opportunities, pricing, features, etc.

Must be ready and able to partner with delivery and sales teams (to ensure that products are easy to sell and deliver)Demonstrate awareness of Mastercard's broader product offerings and the ability to leverage products from other business areas to augment innovation & transformation product capabilitiesDrive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent product documentation (e. g. , sales material and playbooks)Demonstrate experience in product innovation and consulting. Be experienced in the product development process especially agile & design thinking methodologies. High energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed with commensurate analytical and strategic skills. Executive-level presence and presentation skills—must have persuasive "presence" and ability to effectively communicate across the businessOrganized, with an ability to provide consultative skills in environments where there may be ambiguity in the overall direction that the solution needs to followLeadership skills—must be able to influence others and navigate complex relationship scenarios & must be able to influence others without direct reporting relationships. Payments technology knowledge or experience in the payments industry is an advantageManagement consulting experience at manager level and above is a distinct advantageExcellent verbal and written skills. A strong team player with a collegiate and collaborative mindsetDemonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours.
