Job Description: To act as the marketing leader for all frontline marketing & promotional activities for international artists for all key repertoire owners from US, UK & Europe including the following labels, Atlantic Records, WBR, Elektra, WMUK, Milan, ADA etc. Formulate & implement marketing strategies together with the Marketing Manager to ensure that our market share is in line or better than the global average. Trouble shoot for all matters pertaining international content or artists. Ensure that region-wide marketing and promotional plans are effectively developed and executed for the Philippines. Achieve budgeted revenue & market share targets. Build strong relationships with Regional and Global Marketing Teams, Repertoire Owners, and International Artists Managers. Marketing System: Lead the local international marketing team in efficiently working the international release schedule system to manage team resources. Formulating or adapting global marketing plans with local context in mind for key projects / singles with the objective of achieving streaming chart success in the Philippines. Organize weekly frontline meetings to ensure department is well-organized and able to implement plans accordingly at the local level in line with regional & global directives. Work alongside the digital, R&A and account servicing team to discuss key issues. Monitor local performance of key projects and recommend corrective action if necessary. Marketing & Promotion: Guide the local international marketing team in the day-to-day operations for international marketing campaigns. Harness the use of data (internal and external tools) to guide day-to-day planning, learning, and reporting. Overall artist strategy and creative to drive single promotions and create relevant, buzz-worthy artist stories for local fans. Digital advertising campaigns & reporting. Creator campaigns & reporting. Content strategy (owned and operated channels; third-party channels). Media and promotions (working with the Promotions Team). Brand partnerships. Platform partnerships. Regularly communicate with labels to ensure key promotional tools are available for priority releases. Lead & coordinate international artist promo tour, for impact. Develop strong promotion strategies for touring artists in the region to maximize their exposure on our social media and DSPs. Regular postmortem on marketing plans to improve future marketing strategies & decision-making. Others: To successfully break locally relevant international acts / tracks that have opportunity for regional or global impact (trigger city). Monitor new music & marketing ideas from overseas & suggest for local implementation if applicable. Take notice of new artists, trends, and contents from US, UK or other repertoire potential markets so that we can stay ahead of our competitors.
