We are looking for a Director for our Industrial and Logistics Agency business line. The key responsibility of the role is to reinforce our positioning as a strategic Industrial & Logistics advisor to corporates, logistics operators, investors, and developers in Italy. You will be part of the wider JLL Southern European Cluster and EMEA networks, working as an integrated multinational team to achieve our clients' ambitions. What this job involves: Reporting directly to the Head of I&L Agency in Italy, the role will include marketing of existing products as well as developments, supporting and advising clients at all stages of negotiations through closing. You'll organize and drive client meetings and property tours. New business development is also part of the role: you'll work to support the development of new business proposals and follow-up materials, such as lease comparisons and market overviews. Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have: A Degree in business, finance, real estate, or engineering Sound knowledge of the I&L scenario and proven experience in Logistics Real Estate. Strong commercial experience and aptitude. A good working knowledge of Italian is essential. Fluent English is also required. Strong team player with brilliant interpersonal skills. Capability to work on objectives and a strong interest in professional growth. An effective user of Microsoft Office. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage and consultancy or a similar role.
