We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment and can contribute to both our business development and solution delivery. Your Experience and StyleProven expertise in the Italian energy market and its regulatory framework, developed within a leading technology company or systems integrator. Hands-on experience in selling and deploying meter-to-cash solutions (e. g. , SAP, Neta/Engineering, BluCRM) for major players in Italy. Deep understanding of critical and emerging customer challenges in the energy space and the key differentiators of winning solutions. Familiarity with leading business and technology trends in the energy industry. A strong customer-centric mindset, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial organization. Your RoleAs the Director of Client Advisory and Solutions in Italy, you will play a key role in driving our business development and ensuring our platform's success in the Italian market. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with local sales to support business development activities in Italy. Become an expert in the proprietary platform, understanding its functional coverage and key technical differentiators. Assist in adapting proprietary solutions to the unique requirements of the Italian energy market. Conduct thorough research to prepare for sales meetings, including gathering relevant customer and business insights. Participate in sales meetings, with a particular focus on managing and delivering solution demos. Develop customer proposals in collaboration with the team in Paris. Adopt a consultative sales approach, addressing customers' specific needs and pain points. Lead the discovery phase to define the detailed scope for the build phase of projects. Act as a customer advocate during the build phase, supporting the development team to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Required:Leadership and Influence: Ability to guide customers through their digital transformation journey with a consultative approach. Technical and Business Acumen: A deep understanding of energy market challenges, coupled with strong knowledge of SaaS solutions and system integration. Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional value through tailored solutions.
