Our Client is a medium-size local industrial Business Unit operating in the automation business, focused on R&D and industrialization center for various product lines, components and advanced manufacturing processes within an interlational structured multinational Corporation.

To strengthen their Italian management team, with a view to the Unit's new industrial developments, they are looking for a Director of Engineering and Quality.

**Posizione**:

- Support the local Board and the international Industrial Management Committee in grounding technical strategies, process engineering activities and industrial operations for the Italian perimeter;

- Lead and coordinate the activities of the Engineering and Quality Teams ensuring effective integration across industrial disciplines and the Product Innovation departments;

- Ensuring Quality processes and standards, both by the Clients' side and the Suppliers' side;

- Planning and managing the budget for the assigned functions and maintaining quality and products standards, while promoting innovation and efficiency for the Unit;

- Driving the technological management and all the industrial processes for the assigned Unit, within Corporate standards;

- Providing reports and documentation to the local and international Boards.

**Requisiti**:

- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering or similar;

- At least 10 years of experience in multinational structured Corporations, in similar industrial contexts: OEMs, production and assembly of industrial products made up of integrated mechanics, software and mechatronics;

- Proved experience in managing technical Teams in complex international matrix organizations;

- Fluency in Italian and English languages;

- Professional excellence and result driven.
