- La Terrazza "Our superb fine dining experience with equally spectacular views. Here every flavour sets the scene for exceptional plates with unexpected stories behind them. " - The Director of F&B is also responsible for banquets, as well as developing the F&B budget and forecasts. They work closely with the Sales & Marketing department to define strategies for the short, medium, and long term. Simultaneously, they focus on the human aspect of both colleagues and guests to create a memorable experience for everyone. - Occasionally, our guests have special requests and occasions to celebrate. The Director of F&B ensures that these requests are fulfilled by mobilizing all available resources.
