Director Of Food & Beverage

- You will be responsible for protecting, growing and enhancing our 'brands' and reputation to a targeted global audience of 'people who make the world turn'.
- Reporting to the General Manager, Our Director of F&B is part of the Executive team. They oversee the Restaurant Managers, Bar Manager, Maitre d', and Executive Chef, ensuring that everyone understands our Culture so that our guests can have the best possible experience.
- The Director of F&B is responsible for managing and supervising banquets, as well as developing the F&B budget and forecasts. They work closely with the Sales & Marketing department to define strategies for the short, medium, and long term. Simultaneously, they focus on the human aspect of both colleagues and guests to create a memorable experience for everyone.
- Occasionally, our guests have special requests and occasions to celebrate. The Director of F&B ensures that these requests are fulfilled by mobilizing all available resources.
