For our amazing Chia Laguna Resort, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Director to join the team!

In this role, you will lead the F&B team to achieve all the goals with excellent results.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging and energetic leader with the ability to inspire creativity and has a talent for training and developing others.

What will I be doing?

As a Director OF Food and Beverage Operations, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service in a hospitality setting, ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

This role involves strategic planning, departmental management, and operational efficiency to enhance the dining experience.

As a Director, you will be key in maintaining profitability, staff training and development, vendor relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Director OF Food And Beverage Operations Responsibilities & Duties

Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage departmentOversee daily operations and ensure high standards of serviceManage budgets and financial plans to maximize profitabilityTrain, develop, and supervise staff membersCoordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality products and servicesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsMonitor and analyze customer feedback to improve servicesCreate and update menus in collaboration with chefs and culinary teamsConduct regular staff meetings and training sessionsMaintain inventory control and manage procurement processesDevelop and enforce policies and procedures for efficient operationsCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceHandle customer complaints and resolve issues promptlyOrganize special events and functions within the food and beverage departmentImplement sustainable and eco-friendly practices in operationsWhat are we looking for?
