The Director of Nursing oversees and manages a team of nurses/caregivers in the home care setting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of care provided to our clients to promote the overall well-being and safety of our clients.
Position Description: We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the role of Director of Nursing.
This role is a combination of administrative duties in the office as well as providing clinical oversight in the field.
Schedule - Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Schedule - After Hours On Call Rotation.
The candidate needs to possess strong leadership and communication skills and must be dependable.
The candidate must have the ability to oversee personal care and support staff as well as clinical nursing staff.
Must be competent in overseeing wound care, IV infusion, and ventilator cases.
Pediatrics is a plus but not required.
