Responsibilities Interact with all aspects of applicable departmentsCross-training of employees to facilitate functional redundancies across project duties and responsibilitiesHelp improve and coordinate applicable departmentsGive input to employee's schedules, duties, and roles and maintain a highly functioning office on a Monday-Saturday scheduleDirect and manage a fast-paced office, explain tasks, and provide direction on projectsHelp support scheduling projects, technicians, and report writersContinue to help the development of Vert systems processing softwareQualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPointAble to quickly learn and navigate company databases, project management platforms, and third-party software toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with teams and clientsExcellent at managing multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and efficiencyExperience in guiding teams by providing training, reviewing, and offering feedback on deliverables (e. g. , reports, emails, invoices)Skilled in managing a fast-paced office, clearly delegating tasks, and providing strategic direction on projectsEffective in leading multiple departments while prioritizing tasks and ensuring daily operations run smoothlyHighly detail-oriented with fast typing and accurate data entry skillsBachelor's degree (B. from an accredited 4-year institution is preferredAt least 2 years of experience in system operations and handling workflowsFamiliarity with software applications and understanding of API communication for system integrationCompensation $100, 000 - $139, 000 DOE
