Director Of Quality
Job Description: Quality Director (m/f)Employment TypeFull-time, permanent positionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system, including governance, controls, and documentation processes. Lead and oversee regulatory and registration activities for products in development or production. Ensure quality is integrated into all development and production processes, meeting both internal and external standards. Collaborate with the procurement team to define quality requirements for external suppliers. Identify opportunities to minimize waste and enhance efficiency, particularly within quality control labs and assurance processes. Support cross-functional teams in root cause investigation (RCI) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation to address potential non-conformities. Design and implement a training system to enhance employee expertise, providing tools and techniques to meet quality standards. Ensure company products comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and customer requirements. Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams and collaborate with customers on compliance matters. Manage regulatory reviews and inspections conducted by government agencies and customers. Qualifications and ExpectationsA university degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or a related natural science field. Strong understanding of global pharmaceutical regulations, including EU, FDA, and ICH standards, as well as common quality requirements. Proven experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
