We are looking for a hands-on Director of Sales to support our growing
Natural Channeleporting to the VP of Sales, this strategic leadership role
will play an important part to the growth of Ritual.
You will partner with VP of Sales on overall strategy and will work with
supply chain, category management, marketing and operations to ensure of
innovation launches and our goalsdditional responsibilities include
forecast analysis, promotional development and of SOP's, and category
management analysis to further support and grow distribution optimization
What You'll Do:
Strategic alignment and development of the overall Natural Channel strategy with executive leadership team
Build a team, culture and reputation for results
Accountability of Channel P&L management and trade budget
Revenue forecasting, demand planning and distribution mapping
Relationship and revenue responsibility for both national and regional Natural Channel customers
Develop sales strategies by analyzing sales reports, conducting market research and working with distributors
Increase alignment and strategic relevance between major customers and business plan execution
Work closely with Marketing, developing retailer specific support and launch plans
Evaluate sales promotional/trade spending and track ROI
Plan for, participating in trade shows, trade events and major sales events
Partner with Supply Chain Team to ensure inventory levels, address deductions, and collaborate on a long-term growth strategy
Who You Are:
You have a experience of success and overachievement
Motivated and able to work with an entrepreneurial spirit
Promote the unique and premium position of each of the Ritual Products
Someone who embraces change and challenges
Takes initiative and proactively looks for and suggests process improvements
Problem solving skills - with a large dose of humility
Comprehension or experience selling health and wellness and/or beauty products coupled with strategic relationships
What You'll Need:
7 years of previous national or key account management experience.
Preferably calling on the Natural Channel UNFI, Whole Foods Market, Sprouts
Ensure delivery of business objective through distribution, volume, promotion execution and spending objectives for the Natural Channel
