Director Of Sales Emea
This go-to-market leader must be able to:
- Lead the design and implementation of both a transactional and a key account sales strategy.
- Successfully monetize digital demand generation through inside and outbound sales
- Lead and coach sellers by the example, actively helping penetrate existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to define an ABM strategy, a transactional action plan, and a continuous funnel optimization process.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to implement CRM processes and better practices to provide actionable sales insights, track progress and drive accountability
- Solid business acumen to justify investment decisions (personnel, technology, partnerships, expansions, etc.
)
- Collaborate with the Americas Sales Leader to design and implement a continuous Sales Enablement Plan focused on technical knowledge and sales skills
- Expertise in traditional (CNC, Injection Molding) and additive manufacturing
- Understanding of the competitive landscape to formulate effective competitive responses
- A curious Leader that proactively brings sound new business ideas to the executive team to accelerate business growth
