**JOB PURPOSE**:
Deliver the financial performance internally (sales) and externally (account performance) within the assigned division.
Accountable for the management of specific accounts that qualifies for a minimum £100. 0 Million sales volume.
Drive wholesale performance through an underlying commitment to best in class talent, brand execution, operational excellence and collaboration with partners.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Own, establish and manage the business relationship with the key accounts to keep elevating our Brand presence and to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
- Develop a real estate strategy with the key accounts (aligned with our Brand strategy and functional to support profitable growth) and successfully manage the relevant negotiations.
- Identify new business opportunities, acquire new luxury accounts and evolve the relationship with the key accounts to gain higher Brand penetration.
- Monitor the market and competitive dynamics, in order to be able to always deliver a competitive advantage and to be proactive in managing business risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Retail Regional Director to share the markets dynamics, to be aligned on the distribution and product strategies and to strategise about potential evolution of the business model.
- Partner with Regional Merchants to drive higher Brand consistency and elevation, to share best practices and product strategies across different channels and to provide valuable insights on wholesale channel dynamics and competitors.
- Partner with Regional VM, Marketing and S&P teams to effectively support the wholesale distribution strategy, to leverage Retail initiatives and best practices and to be fully aligned with global and regional strategies.
- Partner internally with Planning & Allocation, Finance, Credit Management and Legal to ensure there is an aligned focus on revenue achievement and Brand elevation.
- Lead and develop the wholesale team to achieve brand elevation and performance in wholesale doors.
**PERSONAL PROFILE**:
- Proven track record of increased sales revenue and developing business results.
- Possess a clear understanding of financial measurements and how to impact them.
- Decision making capability clearly driven by developing strategic product and business initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills.
- Clear, concise written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal cross-functional teams and internal business partners.
- Available for domestic and international travel.
- Minimum of 8 years Wholesale Sales experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, SAP a plus.
