The position As the Director of People and Organisation, you will be responsible to lead and develop the P&O organisation at site Anagni. Your Main Accountabilities will be to: Act as the strategic liaison between P&O and the lines of business, serving as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and the site leadership team. Integrate and drive P&O annual wheel processes. Partner with the lines of business to deliver organisational development, culture & engagement, change management, talent management & development, and resource management. Implement strategic projects in alignment with our global P&O strategy. Become an integral part of the site leadership team as well as the global P&O leadership team for Aseptic Manufacturing. Qualifications As the Director of People and Organisation, you need to have experience as a strategic partner to LoB with broad and deep HR experience (10 years). To be successful in this role, you should have: A relevant academic degree Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate effectively across a complex, multi-country organisation Unmatched strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver impact in a matrix organization structure English language skills (verbal and written) Preferably experience from a manufacturing context within the pharmaceutical industry Italian language skills are an advantage About The Department The P&O team at site Anagni is a dedicated group of professionals responsible for human resources and organisational development. Located in Italy, the fill-finish site is new to the Novo Nordisk Aseptic Manufacturing network and currently employs just below 1, 000 people.
