As Head of Production & Logistics, you will lead a dynamically growing production for **Autohero** in Italy.

Your role will be focused on discovering the best ways to improve the efficiency of production and Logistic processes:

Qualifiche

What you will do**:

- Monitor the end to end production processes and control costs related;

- Coordinate with the Sales Director the inventory volumes;

- Set production and logistic objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets;

- Take concrete measures to improve performance and ensure a strong continuous improvement culture among our employees and partners;

- Design and constantly improve procedures, training and onboarding materials to ensure high productivity and quality across all refurbishment centers and very effective onboarding processes.

**What you should bring**:

- 7+ years experience in production companies (automotive industry will be a plus) related industrial operations or logistics (this includes: logistics center management);

- Excellent team management skills, previous experience leading and managing a large team (directly and indirectly), ideally across multiple locations;

- Experience in scaling up businesses or demonstrated success in a leading position within start-up operation is advantageous;

- Previous track record of optimizing processes and achieving efficiencies within logistics, production and operations

- Willingness to travel up to 15-20% of the time.

- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
