Director, Quality Assurance and Control for Apparel, Accessories and Footwear PAREXEL is seeking a Director, Quality Assurance and Control for Apparel, Accessories and Footwear for an international and listed company. The E. M. E. A. Director will report to the WW Head of Global Quality and manage the Quality Team. Responsibilities include: Leading a team of Quality Inspectors for on-site inspections, scheduling visits based on product performance. Implementing QA-driven procedures and quality standards. Reporting monthly analysis and progress on quality KPIs to suppliers. Supervising the laboratory testing process on raw materials and finished products. Ensuring calendar needs and quality activities in cooperation with Sourcing and Product Team. Participating in seasonal risk assessments for product reviews. Managing the QA budget for travel and consulting services. The ideal candidate should possess: Perfect knowledge of Quality Management systems. Proven technical skills in footwear, clothing, and accessories. Strong communication skills. A minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury products and Quality. Willingness for local and international travel. Fluency in English. Teamwork, coaching, and adaptability skills. This position is open to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77 e L. 125/91).
