Job Title: Director restaurants and bars – Luxury HotelLocation: Rome, ItalySalary: €NegotiableWe are seeking an experiencedDirector of Restaurants & Barsto oversee theculinary and beverage experiencesat a prestigiousluxury hotel in Rome.

This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding ofhigh-end dining, mixology, guest experience, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inluxury hospitality, Michelin-level restaurants, and premium bar concepts, ensuring world-class service and financial success. About the position:Oversee the daily operations of the hotel'srestaurants, bars, in-room dining, and lounge areas. Ensure aseamless and personalized guest experience, upholding the highest luxury standards. Develop and implement strategies to position the hotel's restaurants and bars as premier destinations in Rome. Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sommeliers, and Mixologists tocurate unique dining and beverage offerings. Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and professional development to build a high-performing team. Ensure compliance withhealth, safety, and luxury hospitality regulations. OverseeP&L, budgeting, and financial performance, driving profitability while maintaining exceptional quality. Develop and implementmenu engineering and pricing strategiesto optimize revenue. Identifyupselling opportunitiesand create signature F&B experiences to enhance revenue streams. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement. Maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, influencers, and industry leaders to elevate brand presence. Collaborate with themarketing teamto develop and implement creative promotions and campaigns. This is you:Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment. Strong knowledge ofMichelin-level dining, premium wine service, and innovative mixology. Exceptionalfinancial acumen, budgeting, and cost control expertise. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience inbrand positioning and marketing strategies for high-end F&B concepts. Fluent inEnglish and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
