For our client, an international leading consulting firm, we are looking for a Director Turnaround to support the clients survive an imminent crisis or simply fix gaps in their organisation.

The team provides organisations with pragmatic solutions for operational restructuring and resource management for a swift recovery and sustained future success.

**Responsibilities**:

Development and execution jointly with the rest of the Italian senior Turnaround management team a specific strategy focused on target clients and distinctive go-to-market propositions;

Working on performing short term cash flow reviews, advising on capital management, and assisting with stakeholder negotiations and restructuring methodologies;

Leading cases as team leader, potentially undertaking, on a basis, client's management positions;

**Skills**:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university ? higher level degrees including Master level are a plus;

A wide range of business experience including advisory experience and general management, ideally developed within corporate and within consulting firm, supporting private equity and corporate;

Experience in supporting cash management and identifying and implementing working capital improvement opportunities and strong track record in the redesign and implementation of short term cash forecasting processes and tools;

Proven capability to review internal processes within complex organizations and specific expertise in leading financial restructuring processes in Italy;

A proven and, ideally, high profile recent track record of successfully delivering major projects across restructuring, performance improvement and transaction advisory;

Demonstrable track record in converting business contacts and leads;

Flexibility and resilience in order to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment;

The ability to manage a multiple stakeholder environment within a privately owned business;

Fluency in English is essential, a third language is considered a plus.
