We prioritise a world-class customer experience, and our Business Development Leads play a key role in building the car of Modena brand through their delivery of an unparalleled experience for our customers.
The role combines sales, marketing, and business development requiring a high degree of customer-focused energy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
**The Professional will be in charge for**:
Establish and maintain high level knowledge of the company's mission, vision, and brand identity
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and their value to our customers
Identify all relevant events in your area and participate as a brand representative
Strategise, coordinate and implement test drive events, pop-ups, product awareness initiatives, loyalty events, community engagement events, and driving experiences to bring the company car of Modena brand to life for prospective owners and the automotive community
Meet lead generation, test drive, reservations and sales targets
Manage all post-event analysis, budget reconciliation, and reporting
Manage a full sales cycle from initial interest through sales activation
Assist in hosting and supporting marketing events to continue to increase public awareness about Company car of Modena products
Prioritise and schedule tasks effectively driving brand awareness in your territory and preparing for Studio openings
Capture customer feedback to enhance both the product and processes
Deliver a luxury customer experience reflective of the brand
Collaborate cross-functionally within company car of Modena to achieve goals (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Retail, HR)
Plan and implement a stocking system including merchandising and POS promotion
Handle ad-hoc requests as assigned by the Head of Retail and Commercial Director and central HQ leadership
Recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both sales numbers and the customer experience utilising sales data
QUALIFICATIONS
20+ years of experience in managing and selling within a luxury customer environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise projects and activities under aggressive timelines
Goal-oriented approach with hands-on self-starter mentality
Entrepreneurial-minded with a passion for a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment
Strong affinity for luxury products and clients with an extensive network within VIP, influencer, multiplier and key target groups
Excellent communicator, collaborator and team player who maintains positive working relationships with project teams and enjoys helping the team overcome obstacles.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Native language speaker and fluent in English - additional languages are a plus
2+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, support, or another customer-facing role
Strong storytelling, listening, and customer relationship skills (empathy, communication, integrity, and high-quality question-asking)
Self-starter and quick thinker who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
ADVANTAGEOUS
A passion for and working knowledge of automobiles and the future of mobility
Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM
Prior experience in automotive, hospitality, or luxury retail industries
Experience in luxury and high-tech industries
**Commanding abilities with productivity tools**: Excel, PowerPoint
A good knowledge of social media platforms and ability to create engaging posts and videos to promote the studio and brand
