Job Description:The resource manages the technical, administrative, and commercial teams of the agency, ensuring quality customer service.

Defines the roles of each resource and coordinates the operational team.

Defines the training needs of their staff, in agreement with the General Director of Italy, ensures compliance with company regulations.

Validates attendance, vacations, permits, and overtime of their team for HR processing.

Also ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and is responsible for the branch's objectives.

Implements the commercial development strategy defined by the Country Director, supervising the agency's sales activities.

Participates in push sales activities, developing the area and increasing revenue.

Required Skills:Previous experience in the role, preferably in the automotive or agri-food sector.

Autonomy in managing a branch and coordinating multiple resources, goal-oriented focus, and proactivity are required.

A professional knowledge of the French language is necessary.
