Product Sales Manager - Tube & Pipe Market We are seeking a driven and self-motivated individual to develop and manage sales of our tube and pipe surface preparation/protection systems globally. The role will require active management of existing distributors/agents as well as identifying new opportunities and partners for growth. The position is based in our headquarters near Lodi, Italy with extensive and frequent worldwide travel. Spoken and written English is essential to fulfill this position; knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Management of the Industry sector to ensure revenue growth of the company's products and meeting corporate sales and other objectives. Technical and commercial support for overseas distributors is a key aspect of this position. Assessing the capabilities of distributors and managing the quality of services provided to end-users. Reviewing coverage of markets and recommending new partners who could help expand our presence in those markets. Driving the business in the sector to meet and improve annual sales and margin targets. Working directly with end-users to assess their requirements and ensuring that the most appropriate channel is used to meet their needs. Providing input to the Senior Management Team at Dietronic on the status of the territory, market trends, and competitive responses. Representing Dietronic at overseas trade shows, conferences, and business meetings. Requirements: Previous experience in a technical sales position is essential. Experience of managing distributors/agents is a desired requirement. A good standard of written and spoken English. Ability to cope with fast-changing demands on time and changing tasks according to priority. Excellent communication skills, for both internal and external contacts.
