Job Description We are seeking a General Manager with a strong commercial orientation to lead our company forward.
As the head of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our long-term vision, mission, and strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Continuously verify, monitor, and adjust our industrial plan to ensure it remains active and updated in response to external factors. Manage company functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer success, ensuring alignment with growth and performance objectives. Create and optimize the commercial strategy, with a particular focus on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Support and enhance sales activities through the adoption of new technologies, innovative sales approaches, and effective resource management. Promote a corporate culture focused on results, innovation, and the continuous professional growth of the team. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the products and services offered. Continuously monitor and analyze business KPIs, including revenue, margins, and business growth, to adjust operational strategy in a timely manner. Monitor market trends and technological innovations to ensure the company remains competitive and at the forefront of the software industry. Evaluate acquisition or strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate growth. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a solid background in sales and business management, preferably in companies that develop and sell software solutions.
You should have experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading commercial strategies.
Requirements: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset. Ability to analyze and interpret financial and performance data, with a strong business and sustainable growth focus.
