The Successful ApplicantExperience as a General Manager (or similar roles) with a solid background in sales and business management, in companies that develop and sell software solutions. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading commercial strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset. Ability to analyze and interpret financial and performance data, with a strong business and sustainable growth focus.
