Job Title: Director of OperationsThe Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing field operations and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Key Responsibilities:Organize and supervise field activities in accordance with safety guidelines, including site inspections, visits, briefings, and work permit supervision. Evaluate and ensure compliance with legislation and regulations regarding worker safety and health. Manage emergencies involving service orders and work permits. Verify the legislative compliance of mining sites as required by current laws pertaining to workplace safety. Participate in training and information sessions for competence roles. Interact with relevant authorities on all matters related to workplace safety. Accompany safety inspection bodies during field visits. Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering or geology with professional certification is preferred. A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role is required. Familiarity with hydrocarbon treatment principles and industrial plant maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of mining and safety regulations is essential. Skills:Project Management and Project Control skills are necessary. Fluent written and spoken English (minimum level B2) is required. Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel, is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team are essential. Proactivity and problem-solving skills are crucial.
