Job PositionThe Director of Supermarket will be responsible for overseeing the management of our retail outlet, organizing activities, and scheduling personnel to achieve commercial targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure HACCP compliance in the supermarketPerform operational duties supporting store departments or cash desk as neededRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant fieldExperience as a supermarket manager, district manager, sales supervisor, receipts supervisor, or department manager within the Retail Sector (GDO)Problem-solving skills and leadership qualitiesFlexibility and a goal-oriented mindsetAdditional InformationWe offer direct employment with the company and compensation commensurate with the candidate's experience.

A performance bonus is also planned.
