We are selecting a professional who can manage, and increase, our itineraries and experiences to discover the Lake Garda area by bike and more, certified with the qualification of Direttore Tecnico di agenzia di viaggioTour Operator.

If you have proven experience in the management of reservations or sales, organization of customized tours and itineraries for individuals and groups, but mainly you have a passion for the outdoors activities and great skills for customer care, just like usthen read on!.

We are a small network of companies that revolves around the bicycle, we offer rental, daily tours and experiences and overnight stays in our bike hotel, to slowly discover our area and create memories that will last forever.

- **WHAT THE ROLE IS**_

This is an all-round role: from managing the direct relationship with customers to dealing with partners, from selling existing products to creating new proposals by collaborating with the managers of our network businesses.

**Organization** is your ally and **vision **is your best friend in an international environment in rapid growth, that is why fluency in **Italian, English and German** is required for this role, and knowledge of other languages is an asset.

- **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**_

- Deal with clients requests with professionalism, patience and a smile in your voice

- Ensuring high level of customer service to achieve high review scores.

- Communicate quickly and accurately in a demanding environment.

- Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests, partners and employees.

- Actively participate in problem solving situations with owners/guests.

- Booking guests for reservations, sending quotations or tour proposals for individuals, families or groups.

- Proposing our services in a proactive manner empathizing and looking beyond the simple request made

- Checking payments and sending notifications.

- Support the good functioning of our reservation channels and services in order to improve the customer experience.

- Providing excellent customer services and customer satisfaction.

- Outline travel proposals and programs.

- **WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE**_

- 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, or a relevant role in booking office in Tourism industry.

- Excellent Client service skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to write clearly and effectively in Italian, English and German (other languages are appreciated)

- Effectively manages and can work under pressure to meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong time management skills and effectively handles multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bike Reservation Manager or a Reservation property management system.

- Working place: in offices between Salionze e Peschiera del Garda (VR)

- Working Hours: On shifts including weekends
