SALES MANAGER During SpA, regularly authorized by the Ministry of Labor according to Legislative Decree 276/03, with branches throughout the national territory.
Branch in Milan (MI) The Milan branch of During S. p. a. is looking for an important Client in the Data integration sector: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, including up-selling and cross-selling activities.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
Develop tailored offers, proposals, and presentations, also in collaboration with the Pre-sales team.
Lead negotiations until finalizing contracts with potential clients.
Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and market dynamics related to Data integration.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product improvements, market trends, and customer needs to promote continuous improvement and innovation, developing appropriate commercial proposals.
Track and report sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and sales activities.
Requirements: Proven successful experience in new business development, with prospecting activities.
Experience in managing enterprise clients, with up-selling and cross-selling activities.
Successful sales experience, preferably in the software industry with a focus on data integration.
Knowledge of Data integration concept, technologies, and related market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to engage and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to think strategically, results-oriented mentality, and ability to lead initiatives from ideation to execution.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, respecting deadlines and assigned tasks.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, participate in industry events, and networking activities.
