Leadership Role This pivotal leadership role forms a key part of the Brown-Forman Italy Leadership Team, with primary responsibility for stewarding the organization culture and driving a unified purpose across the commercial organization.

The successful candidate will inspire, motivate, empower, and develop our teams and beyond, in partnership with HR, while leading a talented group of Key Accounts, Field Sales, and Sales Operations experts.

Accountability lies in providing people insights to drive organization, culture, D&I, and capability plans, partnering with the Marketing Head and Finance Head to ensure an aligned and cohesive Customer and Channel Strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development Strategic Guidance Organizational Culture and Talent Development (in partnership with HR) Business Analytics and Insights We are seeking a visionary leader with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in leadership positions, preferably in off and on-trade channels, with profound knowledge of the Italian market and trade.

Requirements: Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a highly competitive environment Demonstrated ability to develop Sales organization and build the talent pipeline Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, accounts, and customers A strong candidate will be able to bring long-term strategic insight, be innovative in recognizing potential opportunities, and come up with creative solutions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively and efficiently under stress and time pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy Self-motivated, high-energy, and capable of handling multiple tasks and getting things done on time and within budget Excellent command of written and verbal English, with other languages valued, including Italian as a must Familiarity with working in a multinational matrix organized company Benefits: Product allowance Flexible working Lunch vouchers (Ticket restaurant) Gym allowance This position is at a Dirigente level.
