Sales Leader for ItalyWe are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and lead our commercial organization in Italy.

This role is integral to the B-F Italy Leadership Team.
The key responsibility is to be a steward of the organization culture, driving a unified purpose across the commercial organization.
Meaningful Work From Day OnePivotal to this role is the ability to inspire, motivate, empower, and develop our teams and beyond, in partnership with HR.
You will be responsible for leading a talented group of Key Accounts, Field Sales, and Sales Operations experts.
This role will guide and formulate Brown-Forman Italy's long-term strategies and annual company execution plans.
Be accountable for providing people insights to drive organization culture, diversity and inclusion, and capability plans; as well as partnering with the Marketing Head and Finance Head to ensure an aligned Customer and Channel Strategy.
Championship of the Business DevelopmentMeet/exceed commercial objectives of all brands across all channels.
Work closely with the General Manager, Head of Marketing, and Head of Finance on business and portfolio strategies, yearly budgets, and quarterly projections.
Responsible for sales strategy creation and implementation.
Maximize new business development opportunities and identify revenue growth opportunities within the business environment.
Strategic GuidanceProvide leadership to the team via strategic analysis, program development, and resource management.
Communicate the company's vision and strategies and manage the performance and development of the Sales Department team.
Organizational Culture and Talent Development (in partnership with HR)Act as a role model and lead a diverse and inclusive culture.
Drive diversity and inclusion strategy implementation in the Sales organization.
Support team development by providing opportunities and coaching.
Business Analytics and InsightsImprove the quality of strategic operating planning via ongoing analysis of market trends and identification of the company's strengths and weaknesses.
Manage the company's sales planning, controlling of discounts spending and sales results, reporting, and budgeting requirements.
What You Bring to the TableMinimum 10 years of sales experience in leadership positions, ideally in off and on trade channels, with profound knowledge of the Italian market and trade.
Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a highly competitive environment.
