EMM is looking for a:

Disaster Recovery Specialist Main activities: Work closely with IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Development teams to ensure system capacity supports business expansion.

Develop, implement, and manage disaster recovery (DR) strategies to minimize operational disruptions.

Continuously evaluate and predict IT system capacity needs to align with both current and future demands.

Conduct regular DR tests and simulations to verify the efficiency of recovery plans.

Supervise the deployment of automated monitoring solutions for tracking system performance and resource utilization.

Ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements regarding disaster recovery and data availability.

Offer insights on IT architecture, emphasizing capacity planning and redundancy.

Create comprehensive reports with recommendations to enhance capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies.

Assist IT Operations in crisis situations to swiftly restore services.

Engage in cross-functional projects to strengthen the organization's overall resilience.

Required Qualifications: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

5–8 years of experience in capacity planning, performance optimization, and disaster recovery management.

Proven track record in executing DR tests and implementing recovery strategies in complex IT environments.

Strong expertise in virtualization, containerization, and cloud platforms such as Azure and Oracle Cloud.

Experience with IT observability tools for monitoring system health and capacity.

Knowledge of high-availability architectures, backup solutions, and database replication methods.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
