Discover Graduate Program - Business Continuity
Role purpose**:
Support the Business Continuity Management Coordinator in the delivery of Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities
Support the team in the delivery of a robust business continuity management system (BCMS) and associated business continuity activities, aligned to ISO22301
Work collaboratively with the BC stakeholder community across the various parts of the Group's functions and entities to ensure that business impact analysis (BIA), risk assessment and BC plans are maintained and exercised to deliver continuous improvements
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- To support all entities considered critical for the continuity of the service to embed BCM as an integral part of day-to-day management and decision-making processes within BCMS framework.
- To assist the Business Continuity Management Coordinator to provide governance in monitoring and reviewing the BCMS
- Ensure effective BCM plans are maintained
- To assist the Business Continuity Management Coordinator to provide regular reporting to Head of ICT Security, Privacy and Fraud Management on the status of compliance against the Group Vodafone Business Continuity Management Policy and the delivery of BCM activities
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- Demonstrable strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse complex information and identify key and relevant points, including communicating in a relevant and easy to understand manner.
- Basic experience in BCM operational areas of an organisation
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Information security, best practice and law mandatory competence
- Problem solving and decision making
- Result orientation
- Interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and with great attention to detail
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
**Key performance indicators**:
- Coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments for all Vodafone Italy
- Plans developed and exercised for all Vodafone Italy
- Delivery of training and awareness programme to drive BCM across the business
