Introduzione Per il rafforzamento della nostra struttura Project Technical ricerchiamo un candidato da inserire all'interno del nostro dipartimento PTD, in collaborazione con le altre figure aziendali.

Il candidato, riportando gerarchicamente al responsabile di funzione, si occuperà dello sviluppo dei disegni tecnici di progetto.

Il candidato ha maturato esperienza in ambito Ufficio Tecnico , ha buona volontà e grande interesse nell'inserirsi in una società strutturata.

A tal fine si relazionerà attivamente con le altre funzioni aziendali (Purchase, Logistic, Administration, Engineering, Service).

Inquadramento Reparto: PTD (Project Tecnical Department)_ PTD-03 Funzione: Disegnatore Tecnico - piping & carpenteria CCNL: Impiegati (categoria C3) , Metalmeccanici Confindustria Retribuzione: range 31. 000 € - 33. 000 € da definire con la direzione aziendale Orario di lavoro : ordinario/ flessibile - *Lunedì÷Venerdì - 09:00÷13:00 - 14:00÷18:00* (full-time) Sede di lavoro: WFO (work from office) Benefits: Assicurazione sanitaria Buoni pasto Cellulare aziendale Computer aziendale Distributori automatici di snack e bevande Orario flessibile Parcheggio libero altro eventuale: definito con la Direzione Aziendale Tasks and Accountabilities (Responsabilità ed Attività Principali) Il ruolo, a seguito di un solido affiancamento mirato ad acquisire le competenze tecniche di base sugli impianti e processi, prevede le seguenti principali attività: stesura dei progetti CAD (layout, piping, carpenteria, P&I, opere civili, disegni isometrici); redazione di specifiche tecniche (Bill of Material – BOM e Bill of Quantity - BOQ); reporting e manualistica; visite tecniche c/o potenziali clienti e clienti acquisiti; impostazione delle commesse, del controllo di stato avanzamento, della supervisione dei cantieri, civili, meccanici, dell'assistenza alle operazioni di pre-commissioning.

Hard Skills (competenze tecniche e professionali) Al fine di candidarsi per la presente posizione, è essenziale avere: diploma (in ambito tecnico/scientifico); esperienza pregressa e tracciabile in ruolo specifico ed equivalente di almeno 5 anni ; ottima conoscenza degli applicativi CAD (2D e 3D), ed in genere una buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici; costituisce titolo preferenziale conoscenza di ESAPRO ; Madrelingua Italiana; conoscenza "intermedia" della lingua Inglese (scritta e parlata); disponibilità a trasferte in Europa e mondo , anche con breve preavviso (weekend inclusi) ; disponibilità ad effettuare lavoro straordinario , secondo le esigenze che saranno indicate dall'Azienda, alle condizioni previste dal CCNL vigente; Soft Skills (capacità relazionali e comportamentali) maturità, pazienza, buona educazione e rispetto verso i colleghi e soprattutto verso i Clienti; affidabilità, determinazione, pro-attività, entusiasmo, flessibilità, dinamicità; puntualità e discrezione; orientamento al risultato, ottime doti organizzative e di pianificazione (abitudine a ragionare per obiettivi), problem solving, leadership; capacità di analisi; autonomia ed efficacia comunicativa; attitudine ad operare in un contesto dinamico e sotto stress; predisposizione a pianificare le attività ed a monitorare i processi; capacità di interagire ai vari livelli di un'organizzazione complessa; predisposizione al lavoro in ambienti multietnici, multiculturali e multireligiosi; buona presenza, ottime doti relazionali e di coordinamento, solarità, predisposizione alla vendita (doti comunicative e commerciali); veicola l'immagine del brand e della sua Azienda con un comportamento irreprensibile, seguendo le Policies e Guidelines Aziendali.
