Master Scheduling Dept is the Hub of information flow.

Activities, tasks, parts, tools, resources and skills are to be delivered on site like a continuous flow, with the proper planning and considering all the risks or opportunities.

Dispatchers manage all of it through cycles for all time horizons, aiming to the balance of activities and rescheduling them if needed, keeping an eye to cost saving and professional quality.

**Responsibilities**:

Takes care of the planning activities relevant to at least one Operation Areas by:

- Reserving materials and resources hours

- Assigning and releasing work orders

- Ensuring the planned activity is being performed in cooperation with the relevant Area Supervisor(s)

- Takes care of the follow-up once the activities have been completed

- Expected travel: 20-25% nationally

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma

- English language knowledge

- Office package knowledge

- Planning activities experience valuable
