The role is located in our Milan office. WHAT YOU WILL DO: As Disponente Ufficio Traffico - Carrier Manager, you will work on the following responsibilities: Own the relationships with carriers to help stabilize our rapid growth. Collaborate closely with the principal of operations, the ops, finance, and quality teams to ensure the best transport service and quality. Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners. Supervise our daily transports in Italy and handle all arising inquiries from carriers. Use your knowledge of the partner's business to identify opportunities and offer solutions. Manage day-to-day operations tasks. Analyze and track key metrics using data (Excel). Efficiently manage workload and priorities. Knowledge of geography transport rules. 1-2 years' experience in full truck load transport by road. Fluent communication in Italian and good knowledge of English. Attention to detail and organized approach. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress. Mediation skills and claims management.
