Get to know us better by reviewing our About Us presentation. We are looking for a Disponente Ufficio Traffico in the Operations department to help us revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office. WHAT YOU WILL DO. . . As Disponente Ufficio Traffico - Carrier Manager, you'll own the relationships with carriers to help stabilize our rapid growth.

You'll collaborate closely with the principal of operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure the best transport service and quality.

Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners;Supervise our daily transports in Italy and handle all inquiries from carriers;Manage day-to-day operations tasks. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR … Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics (Excel);Efficient ability to manage workload and priorities;1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics company;Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English;Great attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach;Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress. Expected hours: 39 per week. All night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM will be entirely remote. ABOUT sennder Italia sennder Italia, based in Milan, is a joint venture between sennder and Poste Italiane.
