Electronic Marshalling, IO cards, Power carriers. Communication protocols – OPC, Ethernet, Profibus, HART, Modbus, AS-Interface, and DeviceNet. Integration with third-party systems. Software – Configuration software, building control strategies, and viewing (Process and control screens), Recipe, Database administration, etc. Control strategies as per SDS, design and development of screens, faceplates, and trends for real-time and historical data. Design of process, alarm, and event reports. Software iFAT, integrated FAT, start-up, and site commissioning. Startup and commissioning. QualificationsB. E/B. Tech - Instrumentation / Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Computer Science.

5-8 Years of Industry Experience in the Implementation of ABB DCS 800XA (Life Science domain preferred).
