Job Description: Technical proficiency in control systems with a thorough understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units, etc. ).

Proficiency in ABB 800 XA DCS across different industries.

Design, program, implement, test, and document ABB 800 XA DCS.

Experience with controllers, Networking, and I/O modules.

Knowledge of Electronic Marshalling, IO cards, and Power carriers.

Communication protocols including OPC, Ethernet, Profibus, HART, Modbus, AS-Interface, and DeviceNet.

Integration with third-party systems.

Configuration software for building control strategies and views (Process and control screens), Recipe, and Database administration.

Development of control strategies as per SDS, including design and development of screens, faceplates, and trends for real-time and historical data.

Design of process, alarm, and event reports.

Software iFAT, integrated FAT, start-up, and site commissioning.

Startup and commissioning experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

B. E/B. Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Computer Science.

5-8 Years of Industry Experience in the Implementation of ABB DCS 800XA (Life Science domain preferred).

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented, multicultural environment.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
