In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and service levels consistently meet expectations.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in distribution center management, including team building, KPI measurement, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities Manage distribution center operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory controlPlan and prioritize daily activities to maximize operational output and efficiencyImplement strategies to reduce costs and meet service level metricsHire, train, and develop warehouse team members & regularly evaluate performanceMaintain customer relationships and promptly address concernsMeet daily production and service level targetsLeverage the WMS system to drive operational efficienciesDevelop and monitor KPIs to drive process improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operationsManage labor and resources to support business demandsResponsible for maintaining relationships with all outside vendorsOversee facility maintenance, equipment, and safety programsQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required5+ years of DC management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is requiredExperience across functional areas required (inventory, receiving, picking, packing, & shipping)WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) experience is requiredExperience managing operational expenses to an annual budget is requiredAbility to work additional hours, including Saturdays, as needed, is required
