In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and service levels consistently meet expectations. The ideal candidate will bring experience in distribution center management, including team building, KPI measurement, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Responsibilities Manage distribution center operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control Plan and prioritize daily activities to maximize operational output and efficiency Implement strategies to reduce costs and meet service level metrics Hire, train, and develop warehouse team members & regularly evaluate performance Maintain customer relationships and promptly address concerns Meet daily production and service level targets Leverage the WMS system to drive operational efficiencies Develop and monitor KPIs to drive process improvements Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations Manage labor and resources to support business demands Responsible for maintaining relationships with all outside vendors Oversee facility maintenance, equipment, and safety programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required 5 years of DC management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is required Experience across functional areas required (inventory, receiving, picking, packing, & shipping) WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) experience is required Experience managing operational expenses to an annual budget is required Ability to work additional hours, including Saturdays, as needed, is required J-18808-Ljbffr
