ResponsibilitiesOwns account strategy, tactical account plan (e. g. , what resources and technical support are needed, coverage model), and distributor relationship on corporate level. Manages executive relationships with distributor management, developing deep and trusted relationships with key decision makersCoordinates and drives corporate and branch metrics (target setting & monitoring)Aligns Business Lines strategy with distributor strength and resourcesDevelops and maintains technical knowledge needed to sell existing and new productsPlans and coordinates events (corporate business reviews, seminars etc)Collaborates with NXP's regional sales force to drive consistent associated distributor strategies in each sub region. Have and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our distributor's value proposition, and their strengths in applicationsand end-markets, to exploit all available business opportunities. QualificationsUniversity degree7+ years of sales experience in semiconductor distribution industryAbility to direct global, cross-functional resources to remove barriers and achieve sales goalsHighly organized with attention to detail and exceptional follow up skillsProven history of overachieving quota and results in a large, high-growth companyUnderstanding of competitive dynamics and strategies of key industry players, technical and other differentiated capabilities required to win in the marketplaceExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skillsAbility to effectively build trust-based relationships with all levelsResult driven, proactive solution oriented approachHigh capacity to solve problems with strong accountability & ownershipHighly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
