New Job opportunity as Distribution Manager Italy in Axa Partners.

Location: Italy (Milan or Rome)
Functional Area 1: Training of the sales forces of our partners (points of sale, call center)
- Work in close collaboration with our AXA Partners commercial teams to identify commercial partners where we can set up distribution actions
- Define and deployment training programs within the framework of compliance standards and according to the legal and regulatory context in Italy (IDD and IVASS)
- Build training materials for the sales forces of our distributor partners in coordination with the other departments concerned: legal, underwriting (Terms & Conditions), Operations (claims management)
- Define a planning of actions with the various partners and AXA Partners sales teams
- Creation, management and deployment of the digital content of the E-learning platform, as well as the monitoring of operational indicators (eg use rate and completion of programs)
- Conduct satisfaction surveys on the effectiveness of the training and make recommendations in order to achieve the sales objective
- Monitoring and implementation of KPIs to analyze the impacts of training both in quantitative terms (impact on sales, profitability) and in qualitative terms (satisfaction of the people trained)
Functional Area 2: Animation (incentives) of the sales forces of our partners
- Design and execute incentive campaigns using the distribution channels of business partners with the aim of maximizing sales of all agreed insurance products by adapting to the budget defined for each action
- Collaborate with the local technical/legal and compliance team to take into account regulations, in particular IDD and IVASS in Italy
- In collaboration with the commercial team, select and work with commercial partners of AXA Partners to:
- Advise on distribution strategy and business partner incentive plans
- Target seller population and time horizon
- Type of animation (seminar, individual / group compensation, etc. )
and means to be implemented
- Expected sales volume (tier system) and monitoring method
- Help in calculating the ROI of each action/campaign
- Development of incentive rules, making sure to include quantitative and qualitative criteria
- Preparation of documents, ensuring the proper compliance of this animation with AXA Partners rules and local specificities
- Manage the preparation and implementation of this animation with the sales, legal, compliance, accounting/finance teams, etc.
- Monitor the results of the animation and take corrective measures if necessary
- Create together with the partner the campaign communication plan
- 2 methods of intervention on behalf of our partners: 100% management of the campaign or consultant/support approach for our partners (who manage the campaign in this case)
- Campaign management case by AXA Partners
- Select the telemarketing agency taking into account the specificities & expectations of the partner and the prerequisites of AXA Partners (compliance, due-diligence process)
- Identify the most suitable contact channel and sales process for the product in question, taking local regulations into account (e. g.
1 or 2-stage sales, electronic signature, etc.
)
- Build a business plan for the campaign
- Define the legal framework for the launch of the campaign
- Manage the launch of the campaign (pilot phase) and identify areas for improvement (including customer segmentation)

- Share the results (sales, financial data) of the campaign with the sales teams and AXA Partners finance
- Campaign management case by our partner
- Provide support in the definition and implementation of the campaign, in particular through audits to improve results
Functional Area 4: Marketing and Sales support materials
- Design a range of personalized sales support materials according to the partner (one pager, sales pitches, product brochures, B2B & BtoC flyers, video animation, etc.
)
- Be a force of proposal for the sales forces and partners on the selected format and content (using digital and design tools)
- Ensure good coordination with the legal, compliance, underwriting/technical teams on the specific mentions to be respected
- Work in collaboration with the AXA Partners marketing and communication teams to validate the use of the brand and other branding/co-branding guidelines defined by the group
