Distribution Market Manager
Distributor Market Managers (DMM) are responsible for growing TE Sales and Market Share through our Distribution Channel Partners.
This is accomplished through smart utilization and prioritization of TE Channel, TE Business Unit, and distributor resources.
This position is ideally located in Northen Italy and reports into the Regional Sales Manager located in Germany.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promotes TE products or services to our distributor branch network.
- Calls on distributors providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations.
- Drive regional/country/territory/branch POS growth.
- Distributor Single Point of contact for all TE products across different BU.
- Grow TE Connectivity market share.
- Align priorities and local business plans with the distributor Sales Managers and General Managers.
- Manage all market business reviews, driving accountability.
- Manage the distributor branch opportunity funnel by conducting regular quote follow up with Distributors, TE Distributor Application Engineers and TE Sales Engineers.
- Generate new demand and projects for TE products supporting distributors at end customers.
- Manage distributor branch business processes (Coop, POS reporting/matching, etc).
- Drive Design Registration projects and overall branch opportunity funnel.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering
- 3-5 years' experience in sales, business development
- Knowledge of the electronics components industry (preferred)
- English and Italian Language proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong results-orientation and execution mindset
- Able to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and planning skills
