**Responsabilities**:

- Support the sales team in preparing client meeting agendas, product presentations, client visits and make sure that the necessary follow-ups will be done.

- Close interaction with different internal stakeholders (e. g.

Legal/compliance, Client Servicing)

- Following up new account openings/changes/closing (in collaboration with Transfer agent and paying agents, data providers)

- Following up transactions/orders (in collaboration with CS and Transfer agent)

- Local contact for fund platforms, transfer agents and paying agents

- Local client reporting

- Act as Salesforce expert: data base cleaning and perform regular updates

**Profile**:

- +5y experience in Distribution Sales Support

- Education in Financial Industry

- High client servicing orientation

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Fluent in English, French would be a plus

- Strong team player

- Proactive, flexible and rigorous

- Clear communicator both in writing and oral

- Striving for results and finding solutions

- Deliver high quality work also under pressure

- In depth knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel, experience with a CRM tool is a plus
