Your role and responsibilities In close alignment with the global division communications team, you will be accountable for executing local Marketing Communications strategies and action plans to support the local division's growth ambitions and strategy.

Responsibilities include: Partnering with the local sales team to lead and execute lead and nurturing campaigns, as well as events and tradeshows.

Providing executive internal communications support across the local sales team.

Ensuring an external thought leadership and social media communications strategy that elevates the position of Distribution Solutions locally.

Leading the local external customer communications editorial calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels.

Ensuring coherent internal and external messaging and customer engagement along the buying funnel.

Developing a robust communications network and promoting knowledge of current practices and innovation.

This role requires high collaboration across local business leaders and the division communication team members globally.

Qualifications for the role Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum of 10+ years' experience in communications and marketing positions.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Lead and nurturing experience required.

Marketing automation knowledge is a must.

Highly collaborative leader who can lead in a matrixed organization.

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Strong project management skills with an ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
