**District Loss Prevention Manager - Italy and Switzerland

**Who You Are**:

A self-starter, enthusiastic, hands-on person with a great deal of autonomy

**What You'll Do**:

You will be responsible for the loss prevention leadership of all Capri Holdings store locations in the assigned European markets.

You'll be managing loss prevention & audit programs and developing tools and techniques for fraud and illegal act prevention, deterrence, detection, and accident investigation.

Develop pro-active programs that protect the Company's assets by reducing and preventing any type of Company loss.

- Maintaining a safe working environment in all Capri Stores (Michael Kors, Versace, and Jimmy Choo).

- Be familiar with the use of Exception Based Reporting software to identify & mitigate risk.

- Initiate and coordinate internal theft and accident investigations and successfully conclude.

- Develop and execute proper case management and reporting.

- Create strong Loss Prevention Awareness among all Associates.

- Help foster a culture of honesty through positive communications and messaging.

- Work closely with and support where necessary the manager for corporate security for Italy / Switzerland for all Capri assets in the district.

- Work closely with key partners including Sales Audit and Inventory Control to develop policies and procedures to better detect, report and resolve internal theft events.

- Work closely with Store Operations to train and develop Store, District and Regional retail leadership in all areas of Loss Prevention.

- Liaise with local Law Enforcement partners and external Loss Prevention peers in the pursuit of internal and external case resolution.

- Have a good knowledge of and support in the management of 3rd party security vendors (Alarms, CCTV, EAS locks etc.

)

- Build and maintain good relationships with all levels of Retail Store Operations, Distribution, Finance, Sales Audit, Internal Audit, IT, Human Resources, Construction, Inventory Control, and other departments.

**You'll need to have**:

- College degree, preferably in a Criminal Justice discipline.

- Working knowledge of security equipment, policies, and procedures

- Extensive experience in general retail Loss Prevention with experience in multi-store leadership experience

- Experience in Interview and Interrogation techniques with full knowledge of all applicable laws

- Fluent knowledge of English and Italian, other languages would be an asset

**We'd love to see**:

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Availability to travel

- Preferably certification in Wicklander-Zulawski interview and interrogation techniques
