District Manager
The Position**:
This position reports to the National Customer Manager Cardiovascular and will be responsible for leading the group in Campagna region, in line with strategies and plans, within Diabetic therapeutical area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets in the area of competence, through an effective and efficient management and coaching of the collaborators and through the development of commercial initiatives.
- Lead the cross-functional team in order to execute the strategy and the engagement plan for the customers under their responsibility.
- Act within the company strategy in compliance with company policies, current regulations and ethical standards.
- Develop superb capabilities in coaching and unlock the collaborators' potential.
- In depth understand of territory dynamics and translate them into business opportunities, contributing to the definition of activities responsive to accounts and stakeholders needs. Build long term relationship with top account stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience as District Manager/Area Manager
- Scientific Degree
- Partecipative leadership.
- Deliver results, Lead and develop people.
- Customer engagement management also via digital channels
- Fulency in Italian and good command of English
- Project management; competitive data analysis and their interpretation; Deeper interpretation of market and trend data; Excellent communication, relationship; Planning and Organization
- Digital skills
- Cultivate innovation, Curiosity/Open mindset, Drive engagement
